- Be free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Produce any particular business, financial, or marketing outcome.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Funnel Insights and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising out of or relating to the use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Funnel Insights for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (where applicable), and any written agreements between you and Funnel Insights, constitute the entire agreement relating to your use of the Services.
